This project appears due to the fact that Plan Cerdá has been questioned because of being the expansion space of contamination, noise and gentrification. The purpose consists of a new Plan Cerdá urban shape version that responds to the needs of current society. The design is configured thinking about the real movements of pedestrians - streets go away from one interest point to another - and it looks to improve communal living - resultant interior spaces are static areas to be idle.
The interior spaces are the co-living capsules which are configured by organic shapes.Inside the capsules a lot of social life with group dynamic activities occurs.

The design of stepped buildings allows citizens to have a proper house thanks to the lighting and air circulation.
At the perimeter of houses, some rings are added. In the interior side, it allows constant communication and in the exterior side access
There are a lot of different programs in the co-living capsules: it’s possible to practise some sport as well as to relax. Also there are free spaces to children and to trade. These programs are scattered on different levels to not disturb each other.
