Two different 9x3 m pieces are created. The width measurement is selected because of the maximum transport size (3,50m). One of them has a flat roof and the other one, which is configured by the interior area and the gallery, a gable roof.
The purpose of the project was to set two prototypes that could be fitted together both in the plan view or section in any way adapting itself to the site and the needs.
What is the hearth of the project is the reappearance of the gallery, from which the spaces are organized and connected horizontaly and verticaly.
This gallery regulates the energy efficiency rating due to the fact that it works as an airway between the double glass of the facade and also because of the inclination angle of the framework. The shape of the gallery allows the sunbeams through the dwelling in winter months but never in the summer.
Finally, this part of the house can be useful to include some programs or vegetation to increase sustainability.
