The aim of the project is the construction of a disconnection complex which combines a health resort and temporary residences in Sierra de Madrid.
The emplacement of the edifice is selected because of its views and the lack of connection with external stimuli to gain as much peace as possible.
Different uses configure six hanging towers whose structure consists of the main central nucleus and perimetral tie rods.
The system is based on different guest privacy levels depending on the requested room type. The higher and more interior the user is, the more privacy he gets and vice versa. This is why the higher and more interior, towers have the more connections and bay.
Rooms also have differences in their design, distribution and distance between them depending on the privacy. Finally, hot springs are distributed through the building responding to the needs of each kind of room.
